Our insoles, pillows, and cushions supplement and ease everyday routines such as sitting, standing, walking, and more.One of the fast-growing D2C brands in India, we have been recognized and written about across publications such as NDTV, Times of India, Hindustan Times, and more.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive revenue growth for the assigned product category through data-driven marketing and creative strategies.Analyze category performance metrics — including revenue, ROAS, and Hook rate, Conversion rate, and more— to identify growth opportunities and optimize ad spend.Strategies and create high-performing ad concepts, visuals, and messaging aligned with audience insights.Conduct continuous market and competitor research to identify trends, consumer behavior shifts, and content opportunities.Plan and execute category-level growth strategies, from campaign ideation to post-launch analysis.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (performance marketing, design, content, operations) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and revenue objectives.Monitor and iterate on campaign performance in real time to achieve category revenue and profitability targets.Stay up to date with Meta Ads trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements:Proven experience in managing and scaling D2C product categories with revenue-based KPIs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven startup environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills with a growth-oriented approach.Strong understanding of Meta Ads performance metrics, creative optimization, and audience segmentation.Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business results.Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to produce ad campaigns that convert.Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools and dashboards.Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Revenue Growth: Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the assigned category.ROAS & CAC Optimization of ad performance to ensure healthy Return on Ad Spend and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost.Ad Performance: Measurement of engagement, ROAS, and Hook rate, Conversion rate, and more across Meta Ads campaigns.Creative Effectiveness: Performance of newly launched ad creatives and campaigns against benchmarks.Category Contribution: Impact of category growth on overall business performance.Iteration Speed: Ability to analyze, test, and optimize campaigns quickly based on data insights.Trend Responsiveness: Integration of market trends and audience insights into creative and strategic planning.Collaboration Quality: Effective coordination with design, marketing, and product teams to achieve aligned business goals.How to Apply:If you're a data-driven, creative problem solver passionate about scaling D2C brands through category growth and performance marketing, weʼd love to hear from you.
