Senior Director, Head of Marketing Oracle India The Opportunity As Head of Marketing for Oracle India, you will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of our business by leading the transformation of our marketing organization. We are recognized for our relentless pursuit of excellence, our embrace of innovation, and our commitment to developing extraordinary leaders.What You’ll Drive Architect and execute integrated, measurable marketing strategies that accelerate demand generation, increase brand awareness, and deepen market engagementServe as a strategic business partner to Sales, Alliances, and Channel leaders, co-owning pipeline generation and aligning marketing priorities with business objectivesLead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to key personas and customer journey stagesChampion data-driven decision-making, leveraging market intelligence and performance analytics to continuously optimize marketing investmentsFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance within the India marketing team and as part of the JAPAC leadership communityShape market positioning, segmentation, and messaging to differentiate Oracle in a competitive landscapeActively represent Oracle India within the global marketing organization and with strategic external partnersWhat You’ll Bring Essential Leadership Attributes:Strategic vision and systems thinking; ability to navigate ambiguity and lead transformational change.Decisive problem-solving under uncertainty, with the agility to pivot and respond to shifting market dynamics.Proven capability to inspire, develop, and empower high-performing, diverse teams.Technical Foundation / Business Acumen:Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).20+ years of relevant experience with 10+ years in B2B marketing leadership roles, ideally in technology, cloud, or SaaS businesses.Deep understanding of India’s tech ecosystem and competitive cloud landscape.Demonstrated track record in orchestrating both regional and local marketing strategies and executing digital and field marketing campaigns.Valued Differentiators:Experience in account-based or partner marketing.History of driving measurable business impact in matrixed, multinational environments.Multilingual capabilities and experience interfacing with global teams.Work Location : Gurugram (Preferable)/ BangaloreWhy This Matters Join a global technology powerhouse committed to innovation and excellence.
