Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Manage store construction to be delivered on time, under budget with adequate quality2. Oversee project management of multiple stores including new stores development & renovation as well as support facilities team in terms of outstanding maintenance work. 3. Introduce potentially proper vendors and submit to Construction Manager, Head of Store Development to review before updating vendor list for GM approval 4. Review & take part in site survey & design development process to meet brand standard and align with local condition 5. Collaborate closely with QS (Quantity Surveyor) to deeply understand vendor scope of work & construction schedule. 6. Update tender process with QS for preparation before construction kick-off 7. Manage & work closely with Construction Senior Specialist regarding on-site issues that might affect design & given budget 8. Immediate reports to Construction Manager and Head of Store Development on any occurred problem in terms of construction schedule, safety, and cost variation. 9. Update process of contract, payment, final account as well as provide construction review as per project 10. Update & collaborate with other deparments (P&AP, SCO,) regarding procurement process to make sure all project supplies on time. 11. Responsible for any expenditure as per payment submission from vendors after reviewing with Construction Senior Specialist. 12. Liaise with internal parties and external vendors on store construction and renovation projects 13. Issue weekly report to Head of Store Development in terms of construction schedule, budget control status, and outstanding problems of appointed projects. 14. Update and prepare the Site Survey presentation 15. Regular site visit & business trip are required. Job Qualifications: 1. Fluent in English communication.2. Having 3-5 years of experiences in Construction/Interior / F&B 3. Basic knowledge of spaces, spatial layouts, relations, conceptual, 3D modelling 4. Basic knowledge of Architectural detailing, Construction Methodology and Civil work estimation 5. Contract Administration 6. Multi-Tasking 7. Relationship Management 8. Resourcefulness 9. Problem Solving 10. Decision-Making 11. Planning and Organizing
