Operation Officer (Membership Program CRM)

Job descriptionMain duties- Handle daily tasks related to the setup and technical operation of the WAON membership program.- Coordinate with the external vendor to resolve issues arising during program operations.- Collaborate with internal departments to update and share technical operations related to WAON program.Clerical and Additional project support- Support technical operation ideas for related projects managed by the department, as guided by the general manager.- Prepare reports on implemented programs and maintain relevant documentation.- Receive feedback and inquiries from stores and propose improvements to the system.Rules and Regulations- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.Other duties- Support company events or team activities.- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct managerRequirementUniversity degreeMinimum 01 year of related experience.Having experience in Operation, Marketing, IT, Retail will be priorityComputer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookStrong communication skill (both verbal & written).Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasksGood command of spoken and written English.Good technical, organizing, and time-management skillsWilling to learn new thingsBenefits13 month salaryPerformance bonusTransportation allowanceMeal at canteenStaff purchasePremium healthcareFull salary social insurance1 day work from home per week (as approved by HOD)13 days annual leaveMany opportunities of development (transfer, promote)Training and learning developmentWorking location: AEON Tan Phu - 30 Tan Thang street, Tan Son Nhi, HCMCApply: thao.vo@aeon.com.vn
