Assistant / Project Manager (Construction, M&E)

Due to their business expansion in Singapore, they are looking to bring on board a qualified Assistant / Project Manager.Do note that this role is based on 5.5 working days.In this role,Responsible for Project Management services ranging from design, submittals. procurement, construction management till handoverResponsible for the organizing and controlling of project elements, identification of contractual discrepancies, and thus perform commercial, technical and site risks mitigation while ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables are not compromisedWork closely across various internal functional groups such as Business Development, Tender, Cost Control and Service TeamsConceptual studies, liaising with local authorities, pre-design, detailed design, procurement, management of all subcontractors, construction and installation, testing and commissioning of all building and M&E FacilitiesTo be successful in this role,Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in construction management with contractor and/or consultancyExperience in greenfield and brownfield projects including interior A&A/fit outsCertification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantageousIf an opportunity is of interest, please share your CV with us for a confidential discussion on this role.
