Join us now and be part of this exciting adventure!What you have to doLead project management activities in Japan, focusing on the strategic development of project process plans and high-level negotiations with internal stakeholders and clientsDrive project progress by implementing effective tracking mechanisms and delivering comprehensive reports to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project deliverables and timelinesFacilitate regular cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements, providing strategic consultation to stakeholders and enhancing project outcomes tailored to the Japanese marketAssist in all testing phases, including integration testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as various implementation activitiesManage the financial health of the project, including budget control and reportingProvide clear, professional documentation and communication to senior leadership and project teamsOversee customer handover documentation and ensure a smooth transition post-acceptance. Maintain ongoing communication with customers during the maintenance phase to foster strong relationshipsWhat you need to haveBachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field4+ years of solid project management experience, demonstrating a successful track record in managing large-scale projects in the IT, construction, logistics, and/or 3PL sectors within Japan.Proficient in AutoCAD and WMS; familiarity with IT infrastructure is an advantageStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on implementing best practices to ensure successful delivery of large-scale initiativesFluent in both spoken and written English and Japanese (minimum N2 level)If your qualifications, experience, and aspirations align with our requirements, please send your resume, along with your current and expected salary, to us.
