Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development projects within Training Management - Takamol Academy. This role ensures operational alignment, timely delivery, and quality control across all project stages, from initiation and planning to delivery and closure.The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage project documentation, track progress, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth project operations and uphold Takamol’s standards of excellence in training management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and implementing training projects across multiple clients and sectors. Support in developing project plans, schedules, and progress reports. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with scope and objectives. Coordinate communication among internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure consistent updates and issue resolution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including minutes, action logs, risk registers, and status reports. Support vendor management processes, including documentation and follow-up. Participate in quality assurance and evaluation activities for training programs. Support budget tracking, invoicing coordination, and financial reporting under the supervision of the Project Manager. Assist in organizing events, workshops, and coordination meetings with partners and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, reporting protocols, and compliance requirements. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, English, or a related field. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred. ExperiencePrior co-op or internship experience in a training, HR, or L&D environment preferred. Familiarity with project coordination or event organization is a plus. Skills And CompetenciesStrong project coordination and time management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar). Financial awareness in tracking budgets and deliverables. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
