Collect, analyse, and prepare reports on quality and service performance data/charts based on established parameters. Review NCRs and monitor the follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans with relevant departments. Participate in both internal and external audits related to systems and processes. Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the companys Quality Management System (QMS) through effective audits and review mechanisms in line with customer quality requirements. Ensure full compliance with all QMS documentation, including the Quality Manual, Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions, according to API Q1 standards. Handle customer complaints and work closely with internal teams and external customers to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively. RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Offshore Engineering, Quality Assurance, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience.
