Coordination with Business and credit team. Coordination with third party vendors for technical reports. Supports for NPA revaluation. Regulatory compliance. work on Cost optimization.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage the team for productivity, TAT, and Quality.Take proactive actions to resolve the bottlenecks and enable agile decision making.Coordination with Technical vendors.Coordination along with Credit & Business team to understand their requirements.Encourage cost optimization measures.Regular Trainings to cross functional teams.Manage both Direct and Indirect reports in terms of performance and growth.Encourage digital initiatives.Secondary ResponsibilitiesVendor ManagementTeam ManagementManagerial And Leadership Responsibilitiescoordinate with ATM and ensure continues support to cross functions (Credit and Sales)Should engage team to enhance customer support through digital journeys.Should ensure continues nurturing team for better performance.Shall ensure team should engaged and less than 15 % attrition throughout FY.Education QualificationGraduation: CivilPost-graduation: AnyExperience: 8+ years of work experience
