We deliver industry insights and customized solutions to create a banking relationship our clients can trust to take their business forward.Role OverviewThe job holder supports the acquisition and management of customer accounts and facilitates the collection of information for delivery of advice to customers based on their needs and objectives. The job holder responds to requests for information in a timely fashion. The job holder handles after-sales support in servicing customer needs, such as processing of documents and handling any additional queries that may arise.Enhance business opportunities and provide support to RM by increasing utilizationMaintain relationships with customers to increase knowledge of customer situation.Manage client interactions and execute /allocate tasks across unitsEnsure timely response to all customer queries with proper resolution, thereby minimizing customer complaintsManage all kinds of client queries/referrals (including the cheque referrals/ TT referrals) raised internally within the bank and ensure timely revert and resolutionBe the contact point for customers for all kinds of queries trade, risk and operational transactionsEnsure efficient Transaction Processing turnaroundEnsure to liaise with teams internally to promptly execute /manage drawdown and rollovers on timely basis to avoid past duesEnsure management of customer facility limits with extension provided prior to expiryEnsure profit Rate Checking & Maintaining Credit / Transaction FilesComply with the approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the Bank’s and customer’s interestsAdherence to policies, procedures and authority Limits as per the respective DOAsEnsure and provide complete data required for the timely and satisfactory completion of Central Bank audit requirementSupport the product manager in development of trade products and enhancement of processes on existing productsRequired skills and experienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking or Client ServicingSolid understanding of corporate banking products and services, including Trade Finance, Lending, Treasury, and Cash ManagementStrong knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit documentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectivelyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple client requests under tight timelinesCustomer-focused, proactive, and collaborative mindset.High sense of accountability and professional integrity
