You will play a key role in assisting with the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Your work will help ensure our rewards are competitive, fair, and aligned with our company's goals.Key Responsibilities Assist in the research and analysis of market salary data Help administer the annual salary review and bonus processes Support the management of employee benefits programs Prepare reports and data analysis Help ensure all reward practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements Assist with reward-related projects and initiatives.Qualifications And Skills Previous experience in an HR or some analytics role Good analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong strong logic mindset任职条件:Same as above.
