First Retail Group is dedicated to delivering quality retail experiences to its customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager based in Port of Spain. The Assistant Store Manager will support daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring the store achieves sales targets, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role involves addressing customer needs, monitoring retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through a high standard of service. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and fostering positive customer relationships.Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure operational efficiency and minimize losses.Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.Proven leadership abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Familiarity with sales performance metrics and the ability to implement strategies for achieving targets.Flexibility and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic retail challenges.Previous experience in the retail sector and a high school diploma or higher qualification would be an asset.
