Through outstanding leadership, sales expertise, and in-depth knowledge of luxury retail, they will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Key responsibilities include: Providing strong leadership to the store team, motivating and inspiring them to meet individual and collective goalsPromoting a collaborative, team-oriented culture that prioritizes effective communication and exceptional customer serviceOrganizing regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skillsLeading by example by actively engaging in sales activities to drive revenue and ensure top-tier customer serviceBuilding lasting relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and careLeveraging customer feedback to refine the shopping experience and build customer loyaltyManaging inventory levels, performing regular stock checks, and ensuring timely replenishment in coordination with head office and regional distribution centersMonitoring sales performance, expenses, and other key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective strategiesEnsuring compliance with all safety and security standardsWhat we are looking for:Proven experience as a Assistant Store Manager within the luxury, fashion, jewelry, or high-end retail industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in English.Excellent communication and customer service skills.High levels of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
