Job Description

Job PurposeThe Shared Services STP Assistant will be responsible for providing Accounts Payable services to the CCEP Business Units including supporting / resolving queries for internal and external customers relating to the AP process within the Shared Services Procure to Pay team. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering PTP service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the PTP service level and effectiveness expected throughout.Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc) Ensures that CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.) Liaises with Suppliers and internal customers to handle escalated issues and queries, participate in problem identification and ensure resolution Liaises with Internal and External Auditors when required Ensures Accounts Payable period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner Provides feedback to ensure that processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner as possible Provides support to other team members where required Works to ensure the achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Partnership Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements Provide system and process training to new joinersKey Stakeholders Internal: BU Finance teamsExternal: N/AExperience Required Minimum of 1 year Accounts Payable experience in a multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level A basic understanding of wider Procure to Pay area processesLanguage Capability & expert level:Fluent in English, plus one of the following languages (French/Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian /German) desirableEducation & Qualifications Required University degree or equivalent Strong ERP experience essential, preferably SAPCapability Required & Expert Level Analytical Thinking – Foundational Relationship Management – Foundational Collaborative Influencing - Foundational Finance Operations and Accounting – Foundational Process Excellence – Foundational System Literacy - IntermediateBehavioural Capabilities Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong team player Time management, planning and organization
