From ground-up construction and tenant build-outs to clean-room facilities and utility-scale solar installations, our teams are committed to exceeding expectations, delivering quality results, and building a lasting legacy for our clients, communities, and employees.Why Join Us?We combine the agility of a local firm with the resources of a national player, delivering on schedule, on budget, and with excellence.Our culture is driven by core values such as accountability, transparency, respect, and empowerment.We believe in investing in our people by offering the chance to grow your skills, tackle meaningful work, and advance your career in a company that values “We make it happen.”ResponsibilitiesSupervises craft workers assigned to area of responsibility, provides liaison between field engineering and crafts to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications.Assist in planning work schedule, determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.Monitor work performance and productivity of crafts to ensure project rules, procedures, safety requirements, etc. are maintained.Complete craft timecards to accurately reflect hours worked.Advise senior level superintendents and/or project management of potential problems, work interference, schedule difficulties, etc.; assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.Maintain liaison with other departments, i.e., Purchasing, engineering, etc. as required to support, construction schedule.Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.Qualifications4 year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.Minimum 5 years construction engineering or similar experience preferably in supervisory capacity.Working knowledge of various construction disciplines, union agreements/jurisdiction, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings and other documents required.Ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance essential.
