Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, engaging with potential customers, preparing presentations, and negotiating deals. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client needs and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to engage with clients and close deals effectively.Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop successful sales strategies.Experience in client relationship management and customer satisfaction.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.Business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities in sales and marketing.Experience in the Food & Beverage, Wellness, or Education industries is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong ethical values are essential for this role.interest in padel, sports, lifestyle and entertainment industry
