This role ensures Genpact experiences growth in priority and growth mining accounts. You will be managing relationships with existing and target new executives in existing accounts clients. Responsibilities:• Understanding customer needs and translating them into winning proposals.• Winning new growth deals in customer accounts.• Understanding the marketplace and competitor offerings.• Leveraging and creating networks for potential opportunities.• Connecting at CxO level and building/maintaining relationships.• Providing insights on customer financials and driving business strategies.• Building and managing governance around customer and Genpact communication.• Effectively communicating the value proposition.• Cross-selling all Genpact products.• Becoming a key intermediary between the global delivery team and the customer.• Promoting Genpact and growing brand awareness.• Participating in industry events.• Playing a key role in providing timely and high-quality RFX responses.• Partnering with RFI/RFP team & Finance on customer proposals.• Providing Market Intelligence for costing on proposals.• Partnering with Genpact offshore delivery teams to create effective deal solutions.Minimum Qualifications:• Demonstrable experience of managing clients and doing end-to-end deals.
