Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeAre you ready to be a part of an exceptional team that is making a real difference in patient health?Discover Impactful Work:We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Assoc Mgr FP&A to join our CRG Operations Finance team.Summarized Purpose: Manages complex and timely financial analysis and reporting to support leadership in the decision making process.Essential Functions and Other Job Information: Essential Oversees Oversees preparation of reports and analyses in support of monthly, quarterly Functions and annual financial close processes and ongoing financial activities.Provides decision support to business management through the creation of decision tools, models, presentations, and dashboards.Leads forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned business units and/or functional areas.Collaborates with operational management and cross-functional teams to identify problems and develop solutions.Utilizes existing financial systems to their fullest extent.Makes recommendations on system and process improvements to streamline processes and improve efficiency and quality of reporting.Manages staff, which may include interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations.Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations.Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime.Policy & Strategy Administers and executes policies, processes, and procedures that affect subordinate employees and the workflow of the unit.Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibilityFreedom to Act Assignments are task or activity oriented.Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall quality and efficiency. portion of the time may be spent performing individual tasks.Liaison InteractsInternally primarily with subordinates and other supervisors.External interaction is typically with suppliers, vendors, and / or primary customers.Primary purpose of liaison is information sharing and basic problem resolutionQualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 5 years).1+ year of leadership responsibilityKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated project leadership and consultancy skills with ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clientsFundamental management skillsStrong knowledge of accounting/financial principles and best practices with sophisticated analytical and quantitative skillsAbility to apply advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise to analysis Good business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environmentsProven ability to research and analyze a P&L statement to explain the reason for variancesAdvanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of dataAbility to work with ambiguity and complexityDemonstrates strong presence and good presentation skillsAbility to influence at all levels of the organizationAbility to balance and deliver against competing demandsAbility to learn and utilize financial systemExcellent English language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing).Management Role: Directly supervises individual contributors, administrative support and / or entry-level professionals.Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
