Associate – Structured Property FinanceLondon | Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)Salary £75,000 - £90,000 + bonus + benefits (detailed below)An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing Structured Property Finance team at a leading specialist lender. The team provides bespoke commercial and residential loans (£5m to £50m) across a wide range of uses – including bridging, investment, portfolio restructuring, refinancing, and capital release.As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of complex deals, managing clients, and helping to drive new business.
