Private Equity Associate

H&P is working with an established Private Equity Growth Firm focusing on mid and upper-market technology investments across Europe and looking for a German Associate to join its growing London Team.Role Overview:Source and identify potential investment opportunities.Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment, for prospective deals.Assist in executing investments, including negotiations, term sheet structuring, and deal-closing processes.Support portfolio companies post-investment with strategic advice, operational assistance, and growth initiatives.Prepare investment memos and present opportunities to senior leadership while providing regular updates on portfolio performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.Strictly 2-5 years of experience in Tier 1 investment banking (excluding internships).Self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in German, native or bilingual.This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to a vibrant, growing firm and gain comprehensive experience in Private Equity.
