Our Client is looking to add an Associate to their private credit investment team in Frankfurt. This role is a key position for someone ready to take responsibility early and work on all aspects of evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments.What you’ll doDive deep into potential transactions: run due diligence, challenge assumptions, and map out risks and opportunitiesTake the lead on financial modelling and scenario analysis, ensuring outputs are robust and investment-readyDraft crisp, well-structured memos that translate complex analysis into clear recommendationsSupport the monitoring of portfolio companies and assist with strategic decisions post-investmentWork directly with senior colleagues, gaining broad exposure across the full investment lifecycleWhat you bring2–4 years’ experience in private debt, leveraged finance, or restructuring (background in a debt fund particularly valued)Strong technical skills and confidence in handling complex financial modelsAbility to structure due diligence workstreams and synthesize findings under tight timelinesClear communicator, both in writing and verbally, with an eye for detailSelf-starter, collaborative, and motivated to grow in a buy-side environmentFluency in English; German skills are helpful but not essential
