What You'll DoCrossBoundary Ghana is recruiting a full-time Associate to support the delivery of the BRIDGE-in Agriculture program. The Associate will play a critical role in facilitating investments into agriculture SMEs, supporting transaction structuring, coordinating with financial institutions, and managing relationships with ecosystem stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Ghana BRIDGE team and CrossBoundary colleagues to source, evaluate, and execute transactions that drive impact in Ghana’s agriculture and adjacent sectors. Primary Responsibilities IncludeProgram Delivery: Support pipeline development of high-potential SMEs, with a focus on women’s and youth-led enterprises. Track and report on transaction progress against program KPIs. Contribute to program learning and knowledge sharing through case studies, insights, and data analysis. Transaction Advisory: Conduct financial analysis, investment structuring, and due diligence support for SMEs in the agriculture sector.
Prepare investment materials, including financial models, information memoranda, and investor presentations. Support SMEs in meeting investor requirements, from compliance to governance. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with partner banks, investors, business development service providers, and SMEs to facilitate transactions. Manage day-to-day relationships with agriculture SMEs, ensuring effective communication and support. Work with development partners and program stakeholders to align impact objectives with investment outcomes. Team Contribution: Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Ghana team and the wider CrossBoundary network. Contribute to the broader activities of the CrossBoundary Ghana team, including internal knowledge sharing, strategy development, and firm-building initiatives.
