Job DescriptionsDevelop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify new market opportunities, key industry segments, and potential business partners. Forecast sales targets, track progress, and report performance to management. Acquire and manage relationships with corporate clients or institutions. Understand client needs and provide tailored business solutions. Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of deals and campaigns. Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales approaches. Supervise, coach, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve performance targets. Foster a high-performance and customer-centric sales culture. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to meet and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Able to work under pressure, target-driven, and highly collaborative. Good command of English is preferred.
