Associate Business Analyst

Position Overview: As an Associate Business Analyst at Apsis Solutions, you will be a vital link between our clients and the Solution Development team, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and contributing innovative solutions. Your responsibilities include designing user stories, prototyping, developing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and effectively communicating with clients throughout the requirement collection process. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, finalizing requirements, and facilitating a smooth handover to the Solution Development team. Responsibilities: Understand business needs and find innovative solutions to meet client requirements. Design user stories to capture functional and non-functional requirements. Prototype design and develop Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) for projects. Communicate effectively with clients to gather and clarify requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction in the requirement collection process. Facilitate requirement finalization through collaboration with stakeholders. Provide a proper handover of finalized business requirements to the Solution Development team. Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Take on any other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleStrong understanding of business needs and the ability to find innovative solutions. Proficiency in designing user stories and developing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS). Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction in the requirement collection process. Experience in assessing change proposals and defining solutions to achieve organizational goals. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Flexibility to take on any other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager. Compensation & Other benefits:Attractive remuneration package for deserving candidatesWeekly 2 holidays- Friday & SaturdayLunch & Snacks facility (Free)Two Festival BonusAnnual Salary Review & Performance BonusEmployee Loan FacilityHealth Checkup RebateAnnual tour & refreshing employee engagement programs
