You’ll play a key role in researching global visa processes, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting the development of new travel-tech solutions within our platforms. ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research on eVisa systems, nationality requirements, and online application processes for multiple countries.Identify and document differences, challenges, and automation opportunities across eVisa categories.Collaborate with the product and tech teams to suggest workflow or UX improvements based on research findings.Maintain and update a global visa database with accurate and verified information.Benchmark competitor products, pricing models, and process automation strategies.Assist in developing internal reports, data sheets, and documentation for new eVisa markets.Provide recommendations for strategic R&D projects to improve global travel accessibility.Coordinate with supervisors with findings and make knowledgebase as deemed necessary.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, International Relations, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in research, product analysis, or travel-related industries.Strong analytical and data management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.Familiarity with global visa or travel documentation processes is a strong advantage.Proactive mindset with a keen interest in travel, technology, and innovation.Why Join TravelRox?Contribute to shaping global eVisa solutions used by thousands of travelers.Work in a dynamic, international team environment.Full-time, long-term role with performance-based growth opportunities.Be part of a forward-thinking travel-tech company that values creativity, precision, and impact.
