We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education & Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration.,The role of the Associate Buyer will support the Buying & Planning Team with operations to establish the optimum commercial Womenswear assortment within ‘Outlet’, whilst maximizing the financial plan and respecting the category/brand objectives and direction.,Individual AccountabilitiesAssort, price and plan seasonal assortments with a strategic mindsetManage buy projections and maintain the line in the Buying systemTrack business performance weekly (Sales, GM, AIR vs AIC) and highlight seasonal reactionsBenchmark decisions against competition & broader market landscapeSupport with preparation & presentation within the seasonal investment reviewShared AccountabilitiesIdentify and share assortment needs within ‘Outlet’ with Global Merchandising teamsContribute to brand elevation both on qualitative and quantitative point of viewParticipate/initiate business development projects,Proficient in excel and outlookFull strategic cycle as an Associate Buyer or similar roleConcrete passion for Diversity & Inclusion valuesExcitement about teamwork and straight talk
