We’re the UK’s fastest-growing energy drink brand and Europe’s leading matcha company, redefining what energy should feel like: no crashes, no junk—just matcha’s clean caffeine to fuel your best self. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed and creatively minded Procurement Executive to join the PerfectTed team.  This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to own the full supply chain for all PerfectTed merchandise, gifting and planning — from matcha whisks to branded socks to limited-edition campaign drops. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to bring their creative visions to life and ensure every item that carries the PerfectTed name is sourced sustainably, delivered on time, and executed flawlessly. Beyond merch, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to lead procurement projects across the business — helping to streamline planning, operations, drive efficiencies and support our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of one of the UK’s fastest-growing brands, perfect for someone who loves balancing creativity with operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end procurement of all PerfectTed merch and gifting items Source, negotiate and manage suppliers for a diverse range of products.   Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support innovation and reliability. As the business grows, you’ll play a key role in building data-driven planning processes, improving visibility across suppliers, stock levels and upcoming campaigns. Bring marketing visions to life through creative execution Partner closely with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into tangible, high-quality products. Manage sampling, production, and delivery timelines to meet campaign launches. Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across every piece of merch.  Lead non-product procurement and cross-functional projects Support teams across the business with sourcing and managing external vendors and services. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive cost efficiencies. Work closely with the Founders to bring strategic projects / prodcuts to life quickly   Requirements Must-Haves: Supply chain / procurement experience Highly organised, independent, and detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Apps, Notion, Google Drive, and Excel  Nice-to-Haves (but not necessary)  Product based procurement experience Experience working in a high-growth, fast-moving startup environment  The Ideal Candidate Is: Calm, collected, and impossible to fluster Obsessed with details and getting sh*t done Has a slight creative flare At PerfectTed, we believe in PRICE—our core virtues that shape everything we do: Progress – We embrace growth, learning, and continuous improvement.Resilience – Challenges don’t stop us; they push us to be better.Intensity – We move fast and execute with passion and purpose.Consistency – Greatness comes from showing up every day.Entrepreneurialism – We take ownership, think outside the box, and find solutions.What We Offer• Competitive salary + EMI options scheme (real equity upside in the UK’s fastest growing brand)• Private healthcare• All the matcha you can drink• A stunning office space shared with inspiring, high-performing people—including the Flight Story team and Steven Bartlett himselfTO APPLY: Please email your CV and a short note explaining why you’re interested to hiring@perfectted.com with the subject line: [ PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE ] – Your Name]
