You’ll learn to test and refine prompt templates that generate therapy documentation and clinician-facing insights—using checklists, templates, and mentorship from senior clinicians and product teammates.No coding, no client care, no diagnosis.ResponsibilitiesComplete a paid micro-training (2–3 hrs) and use provided checklists to evaluate AI-generated note and treatment-plan drafts for clarity, tone, and clinical relevance.Propose simple prompt and phrasing tweaks; document before/after examples with brief rationales.Help maintain a prompt library organized by goals (e.g., SOAP completeness, risk phrasing, alliance cues).Flag safety/ethics issues and route edge cases to senior reviewers; follow HIPAA-safe workflows.Run lightweight A/B tests using templates; summarize findings in concise bullets for product/ML teams.Keep tidy, reproducible documentation (what worked, what failed, recommendations).RequirementsUS-based junior therapist, grad student, or pre-licensed associate (MSW, MFT, LPC, Counseling, PsyD/PhD track).Strong clinical writing fundamentals (SOAP/DAP familiarity; clear, non-pathologizing language).Detail-oriented, follows rubrics, and meets short weekly deadlines (~5–10 hrs/week).No prior AI experience required. Curiosity and willingness to learn are key.Nice-to-HavesPracticum/internship documentation experience; exposure to CBT/DBT/MI or brief-therapy notes.Experience with QA/peer review, writing centers, tutoring, or EHRs.Comfort with basic spreadsheets/checklists and running small experiments.Work SetupType: Independent contractor · Location: United States · Schedule: Flexible, async with occasional check-ins.Tools: We provide secure annotation/QC workspace, style guides, and templates.Compliance: HIPAA-conscious workflows; non-clinical, non-diagnostic scope.Compensation & TimeTime commitment: ~5–10 hrs/week.Rate: Anticipated contractor range: $18–$40/hourPerks: Paid onboarding, mentorship, portfolio credit; letter of recommendation upon successful completion; potential invite to advanced cohorts.Cohorts & TimelineNext cohorts target Nov/Dec with limited spots.
