Go the extra mile, for customers, teammates, and yourself. We are All Owners. Everyone leads. Everyone creates. Everyone drives results.Ship and Iterate. Perfect is the enemy of progress. Launch fast. Learn fast. Don’t ask for permission, create a solution. What You Give, You Get. Invest in others. Build trust. Energy flows both ways.Find the Third Door. Be resourceful. There’s always a way forward.Find and Measure What Moves the Needle. Focus on the inputs that drive real outcomes. Bring Your Magic. Be bold. Be creative. Be the best version of you.The RoleWe’re looking for an Associate Creative Director who lives at the intersection of:Insight-driven copywriting (you can find the sharp human truth in a sea of data)Apple-level visual design (simple, premium, confident, never cheesy)Startup execution (you ship fast, iterate, and don’t need 10 layers of approvals)You’ll be the creative engine for Axo: leading concepts, shaping the brand voice, and making sure everything we ship feels world-class and consistent - from performance ads and landing pages to product UI moments and investor decks. This is a hands-on ACD role: you will both think and do. Some days you’re writing scripts and ad copy, others you’re in Figma refining a layout or partnering with product on in-app “wow” moments. What You’ll OwnBrand & Creative DirectionOwn and evolve Axo’s visual identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints (web, product, email, paid social, investor/partner decks).Turn our mission and science into simple, emotional stories that non-doctors actually care about.Build and maintain a lightweight brand system (components, grids, motion, type rules) that lets us move quickly without looking messy.Concepts & CampaignsDevelop big ideas and frameworks for launches, always-on performance, and special moments (e.g., “Give the gift of health”, “Am I as healthy as I think?”).Create integrated campaigns across Meta, YouTube, search, email, landing pages, and in-product messaging.Partner with Growth to test hooks, messages, and creatives - iterate fast based on performance, not ego.Hands-On CraftWrite: landing pages, lifecycle flows, ad copy, scripts, UX microcopy, and product narratives for new features.Design: high-fidelity ad creatives, social templates, landing sections, presentation layouts, and occasional product/UI explorations.Direct: UGC shoots, motion designers, and external creatives when needed - giving clear, sharp feedback.Storytelling for Product & InvestorsTurn complex medical and biomarker concepts into visuals and stories that feel intuitive and premium.Help us tell a clear, confident story in pitch decks, one-pagers, and partnership materials without losing the soul of the brand. What You Bring5+ years in creative roles (agency or in-house) with at least 2–3 years owning both copy + design at a high level.A portfolio that shows premium digital work: think product storytelling, landing pages, performance ads, and brand systems - bonus if anything feels “Apple-ish” in its simplicity. You’re equally comfortable writing a killer headline and redesigning a hero section in Figma.Strong performance mindset: you care about CTR, CVR, and retention, not just Dribbble likes. You’ve worked closely with growth/marketing teams before.Ability to extract insights from data, research, or interviews and translate them into sharp creative angles (you don’t just “make things pretty”).Experience in health, wellness, sports, or tech/SaaS is a plus, but not mandatory - curiosity about longevity and performance is.Comfortable working in a fast, scrappy startup: low ego, high ownership, bias to action.Excellent Native english speaker; plus spanish/german at C1 level. How We Work We operate like a small, senior strike team: low bureaucracy, high autonomy. We move quickly, but we aren’t trying to burn people out - quality and sustainability over “hero hours.”Feedback is direct and respectful. We care more about the work than titles. You’ll work side by side with founders, product, and growth, not hidden in a “creative corner.”
