Job PurposeTo provide frontline support in handling medical-related enquiries, perform triage based on standard procedures, and issue Guarantee Letters in accordance with policy and provider agreements.The Job Respond to customer and provider queries related to medical claims, cashless or preauthorization request, and coverage eligibility. Perform basic triage assessments based on SOPs and escalate complex cases as needed. Prepare and process cashless request after verification of policy benefits and provider arrangements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide excellent service to insured members. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Diploma in healthcare, insurance, or administrative studies. 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in insurance or healthcare. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Able to manage high-volume enquiries and multitask efficiently. Basic understanding of insurance terms and medical pre-authorization processes is a plus.
