Job OverviewThe Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a solid understanding of project and delivery management practices. Experience in the banking industry is an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects.Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure successful execution.Implement and promote Agile methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and collaboration.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery outcomes.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.Monitor project performance and report key metrics to senior management and stakeholders.Drive post-delivery reviews and lessons-learned sessions to improve future project performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Delivery Lead or in a similar leadership role.Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in relevant technologies, platforms, and software delivery practices.Proven track record in project management and familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance.Key Skills and CompetenciesExcellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams across business and technical domains.Highly organized, with a focus on delivering results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.Work Setup: Hybrid (3x RTO)Shift: Day ShiftLocation: Makati CitySalary: Open to discuss depending on the career level and experience
