Key Responsibilities:Lead design and production teams through concept to construction, ensuring exceptional creative and technical execution.Translate brand and creative strategy into immersive interior experiences.Oversee all design documentation and QA reviews to maintain Soho’s quality standards.Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver buildable, high-impact design solutions.Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects.Mentor designers, foster a collaborative studio culture, and champion new design technologies (including AI-assisted tools).Ensure all design outcomes align with Soho’s brand vision and client expectations.Present concepts to clients and partners with clarity and confidence, supporting business development efforts when needed.Qualification Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field8+ years of interior design experience, with a strong hospitality & F&B portfolioProven leadership in managing teams and delivering end-to-end projectsStrong conceptual, spatial, and storytelling design skillsProficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization toolsSolid knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and hospitality operationsExcellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilitiesAble to manage multiple fast-paced projectsFamiliar with or open to AI-assisted design toolsFluent in English (Thai language a plus)
