Associate Designer — LE JEANLE JEAN is a contemporary, female founded brand rooted in LA denim. A fusion of California cool and European edge. LE JEAN is a collection of feminine and polished off-duty styles fueled by a love for denim. Known for impeccable for and approachable pieces.We’re looking for an Associate Designer to join our small but passionate team — someone who understands our aesthetic and can bring fresh creativity, technical precision, and a love of denim to every collection. Full time role - 5 days in office.What you’ll do:Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to design and develop new collections from concept through production.Create sketches, tech packs, and development packages for garments.Have knowledge of sourcing and development, technical specs, and prototype fittings.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product execution and seasonal deadlines.Support coordination of SMS for showrooms and retailers.Participate in seasonal photoshoots.Who you are:You have an intuitive grasp of the LE JEAN aesthetic and a deep appreciation for denim.3+ years of experience in contemporary denim or fashion design.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.A true team player with a positive outlook, strong communication and collaboration skills.Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.A quick learner who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Bachelor’s degree in Design preferred; fashion/luxury brand experience a major plus.Why join us:LE JEAN is an independent, fast growing brand where your creativity has real impact.
