To continue this transformation, we’re seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI\CD tools and process, implementation, and support of projects and infrastructure in the cloud. The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud-based tech of GCP, with a firm DevOps background, and will be an active contributing member of the team constantly looking for areas to improve.ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure & DevOps:Implement and support cloud infrastructureImplement and support Kubernetes workloadsDevelop standard IaC templatesWork with Developers to select and deploy appropriate CI/CD toolsThe ability to understand and implement environments from architecture documentationAdvocating and building automated processes wherever possibleDefining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operationsTroubleshooting & Issue ResolutionTroubleshooting and resolving pipeline errors for code deployments and recurring jobsTroubleshooting and resolving Kubernetes implementation issuesTroubleshooting and resolving IaC script issuesIncident management and root cause analysisQualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related degrees preferred3+ years of experience implementing and supporting cloud solutions.Communication SkillsFluent coomunication in English (B2+ or above).Technical SkillsSolid experience working with Azure or GCPExperience on IaC using TerraformRecent experience working with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE)Recent experience on CI/CD tool like GitHub Actions.Expertise in software code deployment proceduresScripting experience on tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, Chef, and PuppetExperience working on Linux-based infrastructureWorking understanding of programming languages such as Ruby, Python, and NodeJSExpertise on DatabricksConfiguration and managing databases such as MySQL, Mongo, CosmosDB or other noSQL databases
