It is currently the world’s fastest-growing women’s health company.Our Femtech solutions are proudly produced at two MDSAP-certified, carbon neutral, LEED Gold certified, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Costa Rica and are approved for sale in more than 85 countries.Since 2018 the company trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the ticker symbol ESTA and has a market cap of around $1.8 billion.This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative international company in hyper-growth as we launch a significant revolution to transform the women´s aesthetics industry.ObjectiveCoordinate and execute all activities related with Customer Care and Export process from Belgium, to ensurethat all export requests will be completed on time, guaranteeing the delivery of value to the business andthe satisfaction of the internal and extern clients.Main ResponsabilitiesPrioritize customer orders and initiate the inventory allocation process.Manage customer requirements and follow up with planning to ensure adequate levels of service.Process sales orders, track orders, and investigate problems.Process and report invoices for payment.Keep track and update the open order reports.Complete all export documentation to deliver products for customer orders.Follow up on exports to customers.Provide external and internal customer service.Governance the customs processes for the companyProvide information and assistance with internal or external audits of the company.Make quotes and comparisons of prices to obtain the best service and cost in the outbound of the company.Provide timely response on cargo status.Job RequirementsUniversity degree in Customs Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or related career. (Completed)2 years’ experience in Logistics or related position.Proficiency with programs such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, etcIntermediate English (writing and reading) B2+Plus knowledge SAP, Salesforce.This positions requires availability to work from: 4:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.Important Note: This job description includes the necessary aspects required to evaluate this job position.
