Zepto Café extends our commitment to convenience, featuring a curated menu of over 200 fresh items.Role: Associate Director - Program/Project ManagementStakeholder Management/ Problem Solving/Program ManagementLocation: BengaluruReporting to: SD Ops StrategyCore Areas: Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Ownership, Project CoordinationExperience: 7-9 years of experience in general program management.Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver:Program strategy and alignment: Develop and implement program strategies that align with the organization's mission and long-term goals. Project oversight: Manage a portfolio of multiple, coordinated projects, ensuring they work together synergistically. Team and resource management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage staff, budgets, and resources for the program. Risk and issue management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program success. Stakeholder communication: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, project managers, and team members. Performance and evaluation: Track program progress, performance, and profitability, and develop evaluation methods to assess strengths and areas for improvement. Budget management: Develop and manage the program budget, including funding proposals, and ensure funds are allocated for maximum productivity.
