We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in solution sales and relationship management, with a strong track record of engaging senior stakeholders (Board and C-level).Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling solutions at an enterprise level.Expertise in consultative selling, aligning client needs with tailored use-case solutions.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain long-term client relationships.Highly organized with excellent planning abilities; adept at managing complex sales cycles independently and collaboratively.Business-level English proficiency preferred; willingness to travel within the assigned region is required.EducationBachelor’s degree required; a background in finance, economics, risk, or compliance is advantageous.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with a defined portfolio of clients in the assigned segment, engaging senior stakeholders (Board and C-level) to drive value.Achieve sales targets for both new and recurring revenue by:Selling additional services to existing clients.Introducing new products and solutions to clients.Conducting high-impact face-to-face meetings and driving deals to successful closure.Act as a trusted advisor, delivering insights and showcasing Moody’s differentiated value proposition.Collaborate with Product and Solutions Specialists to craft tailored strategies that meet client needs and foster enterprise-wide adoption of Moody’s solutions.Maintain a deep understanding of Moody’s products, use cases, and the client’s organizational processes to provide strategic guidance.Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.About The TeamJoin our rapidly growing Japan Sales team and become a key contributor to a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment.
