Associate Director Drug Product Planning

We’re seeking an accomplished Supply Chain professional to take ownership of drug product planning and external manufacturing activities across a global network of CDMOs. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role within a virtual manufacturing environment, driving supply continuity, compliance, and new product readiness from clinical to commercial stages.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for drug product manufacturing through CDMOs.Develop and implement planning processes to ensure timely and compliant supply.Partner cross-functionally with Quality, CMC, Regulatory, and Finance teams.Manage external relationships, S&OP activities, and operational metrics.Support new product launches, labeling changes, and regulatory submissions.Ideal Profile:B.S. in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA a plus).10+ years in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering; 5+ years in pharma/biotech.Proven experience managing CMOs/CDMOs and virtual manufacturing operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capability.Deep understanding of GMP processes, labeling, and compliance requirements.Collaborative communicator, self-driven, and detail-oriented.💡 Interested?
