Associate Director, Marketing is a key role in repositioning hotel in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the marketing teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement marketing strategies.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & ManagementDefine and evolve brand positioning, brand architecture, and messaging framework across all brands within the portfolio.Ensure brand governance and consistency across corporate, regional, and property-level teams.Monitor brand health and equity metrics (e.g., awareness, consideration, brand preference) to inform brand-building efforts.Lead the rollout and continuous refinement of brand guidelines, ensuring adoption across all touchpoints, including operations, HR, and customer experience.Brand Campaigns & Integrated MarketingLead the conceptualization and execution of full-funnel brand campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and long-term brand value.Develop integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns—including digital, social, PR, CRM, and offline channels.Collaborate with digital marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns support direct booking and loyalty objectives.Measure and report campaign effectiveness, optimizing for ROI and brand KPIs.Marketing Communications, PR & CampaignsOversee all product brands marketing communications, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.Develop integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets, including digital content, photo shooting and video production.Drive PR, media relations and influencers strategies to strengthen brand reputation.Optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.Brand CollaborationsIdentify and establish strategic brand partnerships (e.g., travel, fashion, F&B, wellness) that enhance brand positioning and create mutual value.Co-develop marketing activations, campaigns, and branded experiences with partners.Ensure collaborations align with brand values and target audience profiles.Manage legal agreements, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment for partnerships.Creative House Leadership & Brand AssetsLead the in-house creative team, fostering high-impact design, photography, videography, and branded content.Champion creative excellence and consistency across all visual and verbal brand expressions.Oversee agency relationships, production budgets, and timelines for brand and campaign-related projects.Maintain and evolve a centralized brand asset library for use across properties and departments.Leadership, Training & Cross-functional CollaborationFoster a collaborative culture with internal stakeholders including Commercial, Operations, HR, and Development teams.Support marketing training initiatives across properties to build brand advocacy and consistent guest messaging.Act as a brand guardian and advisor to GMs, DOSMs, and other department heads.Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor movements to inform brand evolution.Other ResponsibilitiesSupport ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives assigned by executive leadership.Represent the company at industry events, panels, and conferences where applicable.Job Knowledge / Skill RequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or related fields, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands.Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop long-term brand vision.Expertise in brand storytelling, content marketing, and digital engagement.Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Budget management experience with the ability to allocate resources effectively.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments and drive innovation.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement short-term and long-term sales plan that align with the hotel’s brand identityAble to conduct market analysis and competitive intelligenceProactively solicit and secure new business, focusing on increasing hotel revenue and occupancy levelsDevelop and implement marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitabilityQualificationsDemonstrable experience in hotel renovations, re-openings, repositioning, or pre-openingProven track record of consistently exceeding marketing targets and driving revenue growthExperience in diverse market segments and geographic source marketsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience10+ years' of brand management,
