Job Description

The Role PE Global are recruiting for an Associate Director of Evidence Generation for our pharmaceutical client based in Dublin CC. This is an initial 6-month contract role. Hybrid working options. Job Responsibilities• Lead design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans • Develop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to final analyses and publications • Ensure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategy, study design, and data interpretation • Engage with global stakeholders including key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and patient groups • Represent Novartis in external collaborations and lead/co-chair steering committees for studies • Support development of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance evidence generation • Stay current with trends and drive adoption of emergent evidence approaches across teamsEducations & ExperienceAdvanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred • 5+ years experience in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation • Strong expertise in non-interventional study design and Real-World Evidence methodologies • Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiences • Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, global matrix environments • Excellent collaboration, organizational, and strategic thinking skillsInterested candidates should submit an updated CV.Please click the link below to apply, or alternatively send an up-to-date CV to aisling.oleary@peglobal.net ***Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in Ireland****
