Job TitleAssociate Director, Sustainability Advisory, APACJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionAbout The RoleStrategic growth and development of the Asia Pacific Sustainability & ESG team through business development, managing internal relationships, and increasing the visibility and positioning of the team in the market.Identifying new Sustainability Advisory business opportunities, providing business development responses and ongoing Sustainability and ESG solutioning.Building strong working relationships across the Cushman & Wakefield business across Asia Pacific. Striving for win-win outcomes that create growth opportunities for the whole firm, while positioning sustainability as a thought leader, innovator, and key differentiator.Engaging with client and internal stakeholders to promote regional sustainability services and expertise and grow the Asia Pacific business.Engaging with Sustainability teams across Asia Pacific to drive collaboration, product consistency, teamwork and engagement, and service excellence. Champion a One Team mindset and lead by example.About YouA strong interest in Sustainability & ESG issues and trendsMore than 7 years demonstrated experience in sustainability and ESG in the Real Estate industryDemonstrated experience delivering sustainability-related services in the Real Estate industry including fund or portfolio-level sustainability strategy development, climate risk analysis and GRESB reportingDemonstrated experience in project, team, or program managementDemonstrated experience developing and implementing successful business growth strategiesExcellent project planning, coordination, management, and organisational skills to support the prioritisation of workload and deliverablesDemonstrated understanding and use of positive stakeholder management approachesStrong Business Development and Sales experience and track recordAbility to work independently, uses initiative and exercises sound judgmentA “can-do” and solution focused attitudeExcellent people, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships including at the C-Suite levelUnderstanding of ESG & Sustainability for both Occupier and Investor ClientsFluency in EnglishWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
