Company DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Associate Financial Analyst to support the preparation of statutory financial statements for the group’s subsidiaries. The role involves coordinating activities with external service providers and auditors, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and deadlines, and facilitating communication with the finance team based in the U.S.This position offers exposure to international accounting practices and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment.This job is located at our Office in Mendrisio, Switzerland.What Will You Be Doing?Support the preparation of statutory financial statements for the group’s legal entities.Coordinate the work of external accounting providers and auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Manage communication between local teams and the U.S. headquarters to align on reporting requirements and deadlines.Assist in ensuring compliance with local GAAP, group policies, and internal controls.Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within the finance function.What Do You Need To Bring?
