With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients.OverviewThe Associate will provide support to the team in accounting and financial tasks related to the month-end close, intercompany balances, FMC reports, and financial reports for the USMT entities in the U.S. market, in accordance with Publicis Groupe policies (Janus), corporate guidelines, and policies related to the financial analysis area (Actuals, Budgets, Forecasts, and Financial Statements), in order to meet the requirements of the Shared Services Center's clients.ResponsibilitiesPerform Periodic Financial Tasks: Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities in accordance with the operational indicators and timelines established by the department and the organization.Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries of moderate complexity in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with requirements received for each USMT entity under their responsibility and meeting the Group’s financial closing deadlines.Financial Reporting: Update and maintain financial reports for assigned accounts as part of the monthly closing process, contributing to the analysis and accuracy of financial information across the Group’s entities.Intercompany Reconciliation: Reconcile intercompany account balances and investigate discrepancies in related-party transactions during monthly closings or financial scenarios, in line with established review deadlines.FMC Controls Management: Prepare Financial Monitoring Controls (FMC) for the entities within scope and ensure timely uploading into the Blackline system, in accordance with the agreed work schedule.Audit Support: Assist with internal FMC and external audit processes by ensuring accurate documentation of operational procedure controls and providing requested information in a timely and professional manner.Participation in Special Projects: Actively support organizational initiatives, including special projects such as process migrations, system implementations, and regional or team support activities, as needed.QualificationsUniversity studies related to Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.B2+ English level (oral & written skills). 3 years of experience related to the accounting cycle, intercompany processes and month-end closing, preparation of financial reports, preparation and review of accounting entries.Excel knowledge.
