Job Description

Position OverviewThe Dialer is responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls to contact prospects, verify information, follow up on leads, and support the overall lead generation process for the U.S. market. This role is essential to maintaining a steady and high-quality flow of qualified prospects for the sales pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls consistently based on assigned lead lists.Handle inbound calls professionally and provide clear information.Verify data and pre-qualify prospects according to established criteria.Accurately record customer and call information in the CRM or internal system.Follow up with pending or interested leads in a timely manner.Transfer calls or escalate cases when necessary.Meet daily and weekly KPIs (contacts, quality, conversion, etc.).Maintain professional communication in both English and Portuguese.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Dialer, Call Center Agent, or similar role. (Prefered)Advanced English level (C1) (Required)Portuguese proficiencyExcellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills.Availability to work 100% on-site in Escazú.
