Associate, Institutional & Private Client Solutions | Houston, TXPartners is seeking an on-site Associate, Institutional & Private Client Solutions to support our expanding business development and fundraising platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Distribution, this individual will focus on designing, preparing, and coordinating investor marketing materials while providing essential support across investor communications, fundraising activities, and compliance documentation.This is a highly visible role at the intersection of marketing and investor relations. Our mission is to deliver long-term, risk-adjusted returns through disciplined investment, innovative strategy, and strong investor partnerships.What You'll Bring (Key Responsibilities)Marketing & DesignProvide voice of customer and competitive communications insights to improve the quality and performance of Partners Real Estate’s investor fundraising communications.Design, prepare, and distribute both B2B and B2C investor presentations, pitch decks, offering memoranda, fact sheets, and quarterly reports.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance across all investor-facing materials.Support the preparation of investor communications and internal reporting deliverables for senior stakeholders.Manage marketing campaigns through our CRM, website and digital presence.Facilitate and manage podcasts for Partners Finance Group.Investor Relations CoordinationAssist with investor inquiries, including RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, NDAs, and ad hoc requests.Maintain and update investor CRM systems with contact details, meeting notes, and follow-ups to improve our new client acquisition performance and existing client communications.Coordinate fundraising activities, investor meetings, due diligence, and onboarding documentation.Provide support for investor roadshows, events, and capital raising initiatives.Operations & Compliance SupportAssist with compliance filings and required documentation for the broker-dealer.Collaborate with investment and corporate strategy teams to gather data for investor reporting.Contribute to competitor and market analysis to support actionable intelligence reporting.Provide project and administrative support to the Head of Distribution and senior stakeholders.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field; strong academic record.Experience (including internships) in marketing, investor relations, or business development support; experience with private markets a plus.Proven ability to design professional investor materials (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional presence, client-facing skills, and a collaborative mindset.Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.Preferred AttributesExposure to fundraising or investor relations at a private investment, real estate, or asset management firm.Experience supporting compliance filings and managing investor documentation.Familiarity with private investment strategies, fund structures, or institutional investor expectations.Why Join UsBe part of one of the fastest-growing full-service commercial real estate firms in Texas, backed by an integrated platform spanning Investments, Development, Brokerage, and Property Management.Gain access to a diverse suite of institutional-quality investment offerings through Partners Capital.Collaborate with a driven, high-performance team that values integrity, teamwork, and long-term partnerships.Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding organization.Partners is proud to be committed to providing equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants regardless of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, citizenship, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable law.
