Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Laurence Khupe Attorneys, based in Gaborone, Botswana. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation on corporate law matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting legal research, and managing legal documentation. The role also involves collaboration with the firm's legal team to deliver innovative and efficient solutions to clients while ensuring compliance with local and international legal standards. QualificationsStrong knowledge of corporate law and experience in legal advisory or transactional work.Proficiency in legal drafting, reviewing contracts, and managing legal documentation.Advanced legal research and analytical skills to provide practical and innovative legal solutions.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative team work and client engagementDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.Admitted to practice law in Botswana, or eligibility for such admission.3 - 5 years experience.
