Visit our careers site to learn more about how your moment matters at Cebu Pacific: Cebu Pacific Careers SitePrimary Responsibilities:Contracts and Corporate Services Review and Management, which includes: Contract review through identifying the risks in any contract and liaising with internal business teams for input Contract drafting with input from end-users to reduce legal risks for the corporation Contract negotiation involving interacting with business teams and counterparties to conclude contracts/agreements Contract risk management involving monitoring compliance of contracts; Legal advice by identifying non-compliance issues, providing implications, suggesting available courses of action and supporting resolution to the different business groups of the corporation; General contract orientation to concerned business units Legal support to business units involved where applicable Review of work of legal support staff Risk Management, which includes: Identification of key risks in review and transactions Handling of compliance matters in a timely manner Other Services: Notarial services (in line with contracts work) Qualifications: Must be Bachelor of Laws graduate or equivalent Bar Passer Active Membership and Membership of Good Standing in the Philippine Bar Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Compliance At least three (3) years’ experience in a law firm or multinational corporation dealing with cross-border transactions Notary Public in good standing (Pasay City) Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines Why Join Us: We are the first Great Place to Work ® certified airline in Southeast Asia.
