Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs for GA Heads in CGD Business Expansion to support the growth and expansion strategies of the company. Manage the training programs for DET & Cader employees, ensuring their continuous development and progression within the organization. Oversee departmental training initiatives, identifying skill gaps and designing targeted training interventions to address them. Coordinate and maintain the training calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and execution of training sessions. QualificationsEducation QualificationMaster’s degree in human resources.Experience12-15 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record in learning and development, training management, and curriculum design.
