YouTube Video Content CreatorRole & ResponsibilitiesCreate end-to-end YouTube videos (brief → script → shoot → edit → publish) that hit defined KPIs for views, watch time, CTR, and audience retention.Write concise, SEO-optimized titles, descriptions and tags; design high-conversion thumbnails to maximize click-through-rate.Operate on-site production: handle camera, lighting and sound or collaborate with studio techs to deliver broadcast-quality footage on schedule.Edit and deliver final assets using industry tools (Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci); produce platform-optimized variants (Shorts, highlights, repurposed clips).Use YouTube Studio and analytics to run experiments, iterate on formats, and implement growth tactics based on retention and traffic sources.Coordinate with editorial, social, and partnerships teams to schedule releases, support monetization, and integrate sponsored content when required.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have1–4 years creating and publishing consistent YouTube content with demonstrable channel growth or portfolio of high-performing videos.Strong editing skills with a modern NLE (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion/thumbnail design skills.Practical knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics (YouTube Studio, retention metrics, CTR) and use of data to iterate content.PreferredOn-camera experience, confident presenter, and familiarity with studio lighting/microphone techniques.Experience with Shorts/short-form growth strategies, repurposing long-form content, and cross-platform distribution.Previous exposure to content monetization (AdSense, sponsorships, affiliate integrations) and campaign coordination.Benefits & Culture HighlightsHands-on, creator-first studio environment with subscription to industry tools and continuous learning budget.Fast feedback loop: publish frequently, measure, and iterate—ideal for creators who want measurable growth responsibility.Collaborative cross-functional teams (editorial, growth, partnerships) and opportunities to scale to channel leadership roles.Ready to join an on-site production team and grow a YouTube audience at scale?
