Join us and see what Hulugan life is all about.Job SummaryHulu is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager, Ad Operations to join the Hulu Marketing team. As a part of the Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting campaigns end-to-end, distributing audiences, implementing tags and new pixels, and maintaining proper reporting/measurement across paid and owned campaigns.This role supports numerous high profile campaigns and requires extraordinary technical and organizational skills. If you have a passion for streaming entertainment and meet the qualifications below, this role might be the perfect fit.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage Hulu’s day-to-day Marketing Technology platform operations, including configuration, permissions, data feeds, integrations, etc.Manage Hulu's site tag library and pixel implementation across media channels. Frequently audit and review tags for accuracy and sound data collection.Collaborate cross-functionally to enable new use cases and integrations to support business KPIs driving acquisition, viewership, and subscriber engagement and retentionPartner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Analytics to vet and implement solutions, collaborating to build and secure leadership approval on joint roadmapsTrouble-shoot discrepancies and breakage to resolve implementation issuesSupport MarTech adoption by improving internal processes, building new tech and partner POVs, and influencing Hulu’s tech stack to drive measurement and operational efficiencyPartner closely with Marketing and Paid Media teams to improve data quality, data signals and integrations with platforms and partnersEstablish clear business and data requirements in partnership with cross-functional teams for marketing technology enhancements. Lead new S2S and CAPI integrations.Enhance Hulu’s attribution models to optimize cross-channel measurement across digital, CTV, and linear marketing effortsDocument all incoming and outgoing campaigns, audiences, and pixel requests. Support campaign trafficking and audience distribution for media launch.Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, tagging, and trafficking to ensure proper measurement of key media performance indicatorsLead team’s data governance and ensure all marketing solutions comply with data privacy laws. Partner closely with InfoSec, Legal, Compliance and other LOBs.Basic QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Ad OperationsKnowledge of attribution modeling, data pipelines, and media measurementExpertise in marketing platforms such as Tealium, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, LiveRampExperience working across Google tech stack and key media partners including Meta, Snap, TikTok, YouTubeAn understanding of acquisition strategy, media metrics and direct-to-consumer and/or subscription-based businessesExperience working with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker)Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environmentFlexibility, proactiveness and collaborative team player mentalityPreferred QualificationsExperience with JS, HTML, S2S and CAPI IntegrationsStrong understanding of GDPR, CCPA and their impact on media buyingEntertainment industry experienceMedia agency experienceRequired EducationBA or BS degree or equivalent work experience. The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $79,400 to $106,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
